What you can book
The form lets you book one or two places at the event on Wednesday, 11 November 2026, at ZagrebSpace, Gacka 16, Zagreb. The event has 40 places. When all places are taken, booking is closed and there is no waiting list.
A booking needs your full name, email, company and role, and your confirmation that you have read the privacy notice. You can add an answer about the biggest bottleneck in your business, but it is optional.
Price
The price per person depends on how many places are already booked when you reserve. The first 20 places cost €125 per person (€100 + 25% VAT), the next 10 cost €200 (€160 + 25% VAT) and the last 10 cost €250 (€200 + 25% VAT). All amounts shown on the site include 25% VAT.
If you book two places, they can fall into different price tiers, so the total can be the sum of two different prices. You see the total on the form before you submit.
When the amount is locked
The amount is locked only when the site successfully confirms your booking, not when you submit the form. If the price changes or the places run out while you fill in the form, the booking is not saved. The site tells you so, and if places are still available you can review the new total and submit again.
A confirmed amount stays the same even if the number of booked places changes later. A cancellation can reopen a lower price, but only for new bookings.
Bookings confirmed before the amounts of €125, €200 and €250 were introduced keep the amount saved in their confirmation. That amount is not recalculated afterwards.
When you must pay
The submit button reads Reservation with obligation to pay. Submitting the form does not by itself conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when the site successfully confirms the reservation on screen.
From that moment you are obliged to pay the full confirmed amount, including 25% VAT. Payment comes later and is not made on this website.

Booking confirmation
The site confirms a booking on screen with a booking reference, the places and the total. The site does not currently send a booking confirmation by email, so keep these details.
If the connection fails before confirmation, the site offers to resend the same request in the same tab, without creating a second booking. If you are not sure whether your booking was saved, write to [email protected] before you submit a new one.
Payment
The website takes no payment and no card or other payment details. Online payment is not available yet. The organiser sends payment instructions separately by email to the address you entered when booking. You pay the amount shown in your booking confirmation. The message Reserve now, pay later means that payment is not made on this website but afterwards. These terms do not set a payment method or deadline. Reminder for an unfinished form
The form may offer a separate checkbox for one email reminder if you do not finish the form. This option is not always available. The reminder is not a condition of booking and is not a newsletter. Typing your email into the form does not send or save it by itself. An unfinished form does not hold a seat or lock a price.

Cancellation and withdrawal
How to cancel a booking or withdraw from the contract is described on the Cancellations and withdrawal page. If you are a consumer, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period runs from the day the contract is concluded, that is, from the successful booking confirmation.
